Introduction

Welcome to uses.dev. These Terms of Use govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using uses.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

User Aliases and Subdomains

As part of our service, users may select a unique alias that serves as their subdomain on the uses.dev platform. By selecting an alias, you agree to the following terms:

  • Appropriate Content: Aliases must not contain explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes inappropriate content.
  • Reserved Names: Certain names are reserved for system use or future features and cannot be claimed as aliases.
  • Trademark Protection: You may not use an alias that infringes upon any trademark, brand name, or company name owned by a third party.
  • Impersonation: You may not use an alias with the intent to impersonate another individual, company, or entity.

Violation of Alias Policy:

We take violations of our alias policy seriously. If we determine that your alias violates these terms, we may take any of the following actions:

  • Remove or reassign the alias without notice
  • Temporarily suspend your account
  • Permanently terminate your account
  • In cases of deliberate trademark infringement or other serious violations, pursue legal action

We reserve the sole discretion to determine when an alias violates our terms. Repeated violations or attempts to circumvent these policies may result in permanent account termination.
